Services

We provide software development, design, cloud infrastructure, AI solutions, cybersecurity, and professional training services under separate written agreements for each engagement.

Course Enrollment

Course and bootcamp registrations are subject to seat availability. Submitting a registration is a request to enroll, confirmed by our team by email; it does not guarantee a seat until confirmed.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, deliverables produced for a client project transfer to the client upon full payment. North Plus Studio retains rights to its own products, tools, and training materials.

Limitation of Liability

North Plus Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
